We understand customers don’t want to wait too long for their orders, therefore, we aim to process confirmed orders within 1-2 business days. Please allow 5 working days for delivery.
Shipping is free for all UK orders.
If your order is to be shipped outside the UK, shipping will be charged based on the destination.
We predominantly ship within the UK, however, should you require a gift box to be shipped outside the UK, we will be happy to do that. The shipping cost will be covered by the ordering party. Please contact us via email on info@bespokegiftbox.com

We offer specific day delivery free of charge if the order is placed at least 2 weeks ahead of when the order is due. Specific day delivery will be provided for an additional charge if the order is placed less than 2 weeks before its due date.
We do not include receipts inside our boxes as we work on the basis that each box is a gift. All receipts will be sent via email to the ordering party.
FAQs FOR CORPORATE ORDERS
There is no minimum to the number of gift boxes you buy on behalf of your business.
Of course, it is possible to print your logo on your box.
It is possible to include your own items in the gift box. However, please contact us via email on info@bespokegiftbox.com to discuss this. Points to consider include the size of the box and the number and type of products to be included.
Yes, we can ship globally with a courier of your choice.
